So I’ve only used Roger once - but had a great experience! My wife and I were in Florida in mid-March 2023. My son stayed over at our... read more house one weekend night and when we talked to him later that day he said there was no hot water. When he checked the basement he saw that the water tank was leaking. This was a Sunday morning and we weren’t returning home for another 4 - 5 days. So I had him go into the cellar and shut off the water main. In the meantime I posted on Facebook for a recommendation for a plumber and my realtor recommended Roger Boucher. I was just hoping to schedule him for when we returned to replace the tank but he answered immediately when I called and when he heard my story he offered to go look at it right away as he was free. This was a Sunday morning!!! So we had a friend meet him and he looked at everything and got back to me immediately with a price and a quick install date BEFORE we returned from Florida. He also discovered that my son had shut off the wrong valve that was hooked up to the home fire sprinkler system. That could have caused many more issues if he didn’t catch it so quickly. So he replaced the water heater in the next day or two and we have had no issues with it at all. His responsiveness and customer service was top notch in my opinion and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services. I am still stunned that he took time out of his Sunday morning to go and evaluate the situation so we feel really lucky that he was the guy we called.
